    This is a great interview, Ryan. I like how Neil mentioned that sales professionals aren’t plug-and-play. Just because they are really good at/in one role/company/industry, doesn’t mean that they will be great in another.

    I also like how he mentioned that sales success (for the individual) is holistic. There are a lot of factors that contribute to success outside of your control like industry, (company) brand equity, and timing. These factors are often not mentioned when people talk about their success. Really enjoyed this episode!
