    Hi Sir Ryan,

    Good day.

Please help me on how to start an online business or to find a part-time online job. I need other income to provide the financial needs of my two sons especially in their studies. I’m the bread winner of the family because my husband passed away 4 years ago. I have a current job with a salary of $400 /month and is not enough of our daily needs. I hope you can help me. Thank you.

Thanks for sharing, Mercolita. I’m sorry to say I can’t help you without a whole lot more information about you… it’s not so easy to just magically start an online business one day. In order for it to be a business that can have a chance of success, it needs to pull from your own interests, you have to be solving problems you care about (that real people have told you they’d pay for a solution to). So right there is where I suggest you start—make a list of the kinds of challenges or problems you’ve been able to overcome for yourself… are there any problems or challenges out there that you’d *like to* go out and solve for? Once you can solve a problem for yourself, others will likely pay for help solving those same issues… but it all starts with YOU.

What do YOU want to help people with? What do others naturally come to you seeking help on? How can you use your natural strengths, interests, abilities to help other people?

Therein will lie the foundation for a business you can build. Then you can start tinkering with different formats for delivering that solution in an online context—through things like a blog, course, book, or otherwise.

In the world of affiliate marketing, blogging, and side hustling, many people believe they have to dredge at the computer for hours a day and even for years before they can potentially see a six-figure income when that’s certainly not the case. Earning a six-figure salary is possible for anyone in as little as 3 years going from broke to earning six figures. It all depends on a number of things. Content marketing, the relevancy of your information, how deeply and connected you are to your Target Reading audience, and the list goes on. Most importantly, it’s all about consistency and lots and lots of content. Agree? 🙂
